Every wedding starts the same way: a call. From there, four steps, one calm conversation at a time.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on video. You tell us about your story, your guest count, your dates, and the kind of wedding you're imagining. We tell you honestly whether Marrakech is the right fit and what working together looks like.
You feel heard. And a little excited.
Design direction
Over two or three calls, we land on the feel of your day. Colours, flowers, lighting, the flow. We put together a proposal with a recommended venue and a shortlist of vendors.
You feel: this is starting to look real.
Planning & coordination
Monthly check-ins from booking to wedding week. Contracts, guest list, menu tastings, site visits, timeline, seating plan, the welcome bag, the playlist. Everything gets built, one calm conversation at a time.
You feel held. Every loose end is someone else's job now.
Wedding week
Our team is on the ground the full week. Final walkthroughs, rehearsals, vendor briefs. On the day, we run everything minute by minute. You show up, get dressed, and enjoy every second.

Your Questions About Planning a Wedding in Marrakech
It depends on the guest count, the venue, and how far you want to go with the details. Most of our weddings fall between €30,000 and €200,000. We work across that full range and we'll be upfront about costs from the start.
We recommend reaching out 12–18 months before your preferred date for peak season (March–May and October–November). Last-minute requests are considered based on availability.
Yes. The vast majority of our couples travel from France, Europe, and beyond. We handle all on-the-ground Marrakech logistics: venue scouting, vendor coordination, guest accommodation, and full day-of management, so you are completely free to enjoy your day.
Amélie Wedding is the name of our studio, not a single person. We're a small team of planners, coordinators, and creative directors based in Marrakech. You'll always have more than one set of hands and eyes on your wedding. You'll be paired with a lead planner from our team who will be your main point of contact from first call to day-of.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (October to November). The temperatures are perfect, the gardens are green, and the light is incredible. These months fill up fast, so book early.
