Meet Amélie

I'm Amélie, a French wedding planner who fell in love with Marrakech and never left. After years working in luxury event design in Paris, I moved to Morocco in 2019, drawn by its extraordinary light, rich artisan heritage, and the warmth of its people.

Since founding Amélie Wedding in 2022, I've had the privilege of planning over 120 weddings for couples from France, the UK, the US, and beyond. Every wedding is different — and that's exactly what I love about my work.

My approach is deeply personal. I don't believe in templates or one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, I spend time understanding who you are as a couple — your story, your aesthetic, the feeling you want your guests to experience — and then I bring that vision to life with meticulous attention to detail.

My Philosophy

A destination wedding in Marrakech should feel effortless for you. Behind the scenes, I coordinate every vendor, manage every timeline, and solve every problem before you even know it exists. On your wedding day, you should be fully present — not worrying about logistics.

I work with a curated network of Marrakech's finest vendors — from florists and photographers to caterers and musicians — relationships I've built over years. This means I can negotiate the best rates, guarantee quality, and ensure every element works together seamlessly.

Languages & Cultures

I'm fluent in French, English, and Arabic — which means I can communicate seamlessly with both international couples and local vendors. Understanding Moroccan culture deeply allows me to navigate customs, traditions, and logistics that destination couples might not anticipate.
