You plan weddings where you live. When one of your couples falls for Marrakech, you need a team on the ground you can trust with your name. That is the work we do every week.
You keep the couple, the creative lead and the relationship. We run the Marrakech side: venues, local vendors, guests and the wedding week itself.
What we run in Marrakech
Venues and site visits
We know the riads, palaces and desert camps worth considering, and which ones suit your couple's guest count and dates. We walk them with you on video and negotiate the venue contract.
Local vendors
Caterers, florists, musicians, photographers, hair and make-up, transport. People we have worked with for years, briefed in French, English or Arabic, contracted and paid locally.
Your design, produced here
You set the creative direction. We source it in Marrakech: rentals, flowers, lighting, paper and signage, and tell you early what travels well and what is better made here.
Guests
Hotels, airport transfers, dietary needs, late arrivals. Your couple's guests are looked after from the first landing to the last drop-off.
Budget and local contracts
One sheet for every Marrakech cost, kept current, so you can report to your couple without chasing local invoices yourself.
Wedding week
Our team is on the ground from the start of the week: deliveries, set-up, rehearsals, vendor briefs, and the day itself run to your timeline.
How a partnership works
It starts with a call, and from there it fits around the way you already work.
Intro call
Thirty minutes on video. You tell us how you work and what your couples ask for. We tell you what we run in Marrakech and where we would fit in.
Your couple's brief
When a couple chooses Marrakech, you share the brief. We come back with venue options, a vendor shortlist and a first local budget, ready to put in front of them.
Planning together
You lead the couple and the design. We run the local side and report to you: contracts, tastings, site visits, the timeline. You always know where everything stands.
Wedding week
We run the ground from the first delivery to the last transfer. Come and lead the day yourself, or leave it with us. Either way it runs to your timeline.
Who stays the couple's contact
You do. The couple hired you, and that does not change when they land in Marrakech. We work to your brief and speak with them only in the ways you agree with us.
The terms
How fees are shared and how we invoice depend on the wedding and on how much of it you hand to us. We agree them with you in writing before any work starts.
